Stripe processing + ChukR platform transaction fee: the ChukR component is 1% of the applicable booking/service amount, calculated separately from processor fees. It is retained by ChukR, not Stripe. Stripe fees vary by country, payment method and account configuration. Any agreed exception must be shown in the club’s pricing schedule.

The applicable fees, who pays them and the total must be disclosed before agreement or payment, and recorded separately on invoices and settlement reports. No guessed Stripe rate or undisclosed payment-method surcharge is authorised by this draft.

Proposed white-glove offer condition: 24 months of platform use after 1 January 2027 in return for free initial assisted setup. The precise start date, what counts as use and the early-exit conditions remain to be agreed in writing before this condition can take effect. A polo club’s off-season is not automatically a breach.

An hourly charge for initial white-glove setup may apply if an agreed commitment is not fulfilled. Proposed reference rate: USD 950/hour. Any recoverable amount requires an agreed scope, recorded setup hours, an agreed maximum and clear early-exit rules. These are not yet final; no debt or automatic debit is created here.

Clubs registered before 1 January 2027 retain their qualifying free initial setup even if delivery happens later. This draft does not retroactively add a commitment or charge to an existing agreement; any new condition needs separate agreement.

Self-service setup remains free and welcome, with no software subscription. Buying white-glove support is optional. The proposed 24-month condition relates only to subsidised assisted setup, not ordinary self-service access.

From 1 January 2027, the same optional assisted setup service is quoted according to your club’s operational requirements. Agree the scope and fee before any paid work starts. Clubs that sign up before 1 January 2027, 00:00 GMT, keep their free initial white-glove setup offer. Bespoke ERP customisation and integration are available by commission at a base rate of USD 950 per hour. These are optional, separately scoped projects, not part of free initial setup.
